There are two forms of carts: omni-directional and directional. The omni-directional carts can move in any direction. The directional carts can only move forward and backward, either north/south or east/west. The carts can be turned by gears or conveyors, be moved along de-activated powered floors, and may change door directions. Carts can be teleported and be pushed by pushers. If a cart is pushed onto a touchplate, the corresponding t-door will be lowered. Carts can only pass through lowered t-doors.
Igor, Pusher Robots, Gardener Robots, and mummies may push a whole line of carts, as long as each of the carts is facing the correct direction or is an omni-directional cart. Puller Robots may pull carts, but if there is a line of carts, only the first will be pulled.
Carts can be pushed or pulled through electrical fences and enter gears, but will fall into pits. Carts are blocked by switches, hurdles, lattices, walls and workbenches.
